Anyone tried Psiloc's HotSpot Finder

Hi --

Curious as to whether anyone's tried this software with their N80 yet?

I'd appreciate some feedback as a WiFi scanner's the one thing I'm really missing after switching from Windows Mobile.

Gave the trial version a quick run.
Installed well, ran ok but returned some SSIDs incorrectly (null character filled).
Not very impressed for the cost..

On the plus side it led me to discover the EasyWLAN functionality that prompts an AP search when trying to connect (if phone set to ask on connection).

It uninstalled easily too lol.

Tried demo, seems like a good app, looks nice and usefull as it can be set to play a sound when it picks up a new hotspot...

but is it only for unencrypted hotspots? When i clicked connect on my home network it said failed, and doesnt ask for WPA Key at any time....

but after running twice, when i next tried to run it, it said " No license found for this software"

Even though it was a ten day trial it seemed to lose its trial license. wierd
