PLS Help my 3230 keeps restarting after few seconds of work

Hello i would highly apreciate it if anybody can help me, the only thing i can think that is causing this right now is the SimWorks Antivir, which i insatlled yesterday. I tried *#7370#but nothing happened. Please help!!!
