MP4 on 6682

hi everyone, please HELP, how do i put MP4's on my 6682, when i put them on there i get an "unknown file format" message. what can i do????????

Are you sure the 6682 can play MP4s? Also, there are a huge variety of flavours of MP4. More modern devices like the N70 can play most flavours of MP4.

If you have the source video, use Smartmovie instead.
