I found the NOKIA secret presentation
Unless I missed something that was for 2002, and those phones have hit the streets.
I have seen a line until 2006.
Take a closer look at PDA Phone.

Those designs have been floating round for a few years too, and are only cheap mouldings with fake screens super-imposed on them. I'm waiting on Nokia's more real prototypes to appear.
