In case you were wondering what happens if you register on the new S60.com - i.e. what's under the 'My S60' section, I just tried it in the interests of science. All that's there so far are two promotional S60.com themes for your smartphone, no sign of any other 'exclusive downloads'... Great idea guys, but much more content needed - otherwise it's just a glorified newsletter sign-up page!
