Problemmm.. N-Gage Classic

[SIZE="3"][FONT="Trebuchet MS"]i m facing a problem with my N-Gage Classic nd that is something like this
that when i turn my Mobile on .. it doesn't show anything except couple of horizental and sometimes vertical lines too .. i m still able to call and recieve call ... but the sound quality is so bad ... nd one thing more .. when i connect it to PC , it autometically disconnects after 8 or 10 seconds. Now i m not sure wether it is a LCD problem or software problem ... nd if it is a software problem then how can i reinstall the software .. formatting codes are not working at all ... that made me think that it could be some problem other than LCD. If someone had that kindof problem or know how to fix it .. plz tell me ...[/SIZE][/FONT]
