EQO - Skype Calls

I'm suprised I couldn't find any mention of the EQO service (www.eqo.com) on this forum. Apparently the N91 install works. Anyone had any experience of using this?

I've tried the N91 app on my N80, it installs fine but it doesn't seem to connect properly.

I can make it dial another Skype User but it never connects and I can't hear anything.

I see...this uses Skype Out and thus requires funds in your account. I'm waiting for a new version of the "Useful" Skype software that uses GPRS (and in an N80 will use WLAN) to connect to your home PC a d then Skype -> Internet.

The advantage is you don't need to be near a WLAN to make use of it? I'd say it'll compliment a client a la the PocketPC one?

I think if you're in the US SkypeOut is currently free as well?

I tried to download and install the software, it installs ok, but when I try to start it I just get a white screen and the phone locks up for a couple of minutes, then returns to normal screen and the application didnt start

Any ideas as this was the main reason I bought the N80

cheers
