error in calling active object in exe — Symbian C++

Hi there,

My exe application always prompt to close whenever i call the active object from the main method of the exe application. Can anyone help me in this? How to call the active object w/out any error?

My name z brindha and i am a fresher not at all exposed to Symbian C++ development.

But fortunately my first project given by my company is developing
Console application in Symbian C++ :con?

In my application, i have to extend the APIs present in the Symbian Libaray..
I tried by my own but it gives lots and lots of errors...
I tried in several search engines for help..
None is upto to mark..:icon13:

Please help me regarding this..
My platform is Symbian s60 3rd edition fp1...
