I have a new Nokia 6681.
One of the contacts in my Phonebook has three telephone numbers - home, mobile and office. I have no difficulty setting up the three numbers for that contact nor is there a problem with setting up a personalized ring tone for that contact. However, when there is a call from that contact the personalized ring tone never works for the home line, though it does work for the mobile phone of that contact. Can you please let me know why this is happening and how I can have this problem resolved? This is a fairly new phone and outside of this rather irritating problem (which I never experienced with my earlier phone, a Sony Ericsson T610) I have no major complaints from a performance point of view.
Would be most grateful if you could advise me on how to resolves this problem.
