I was wondering if this was the case with your guys' 3650s. When I go to accessories where you choose between headset, loopset, tty, and handsfree. It only lets me choose between the first three and not handsfree. I just bought an hs820 bluetooth headset and I turn it on and then turn on my bluetooth and then search for devices and nothing! I'm so frustrated and really hope that someone will help me out.
