i have had my 7650 for around 2 weeks when all of a sudden the earpiece has stopped working. the one where the ringtones come from, not the talking earpiece. i have done absolutly nothing to cause this. the problem is i got it from a friend with out insurance. i think the warranty is still ok but how would i go about solving this issue, i need my polyphonic ringtones!!!!!

Go directly to a NSC...they will fix it for free! However, go to a place where their are going to repair it in store...not someone that will send it away to NOKIA....

Yes. They will attend to it irrespective of warranty. Only, u will have to pay for the services

Well since the warranty lasts one year , you will probably have warranty! Expect if you did something stupid with the phone that cancels the waranty! However, I have dismantled the phone and put it back again and they never found out!

More like the second choice! The 7650 is the first and only device I have dismantled and managed to put back together in working condition 😃
I was never able to put back something i dismantled! I have a garage full of stuff that just never go back to their original form!! (DAmn screwdrivers!) 😃
