why cant i get pictures and videos in messages?

hi i got a Ngage from my son who dosnt use it anymore
its on Orange network and this may ne the issue.....

when sent a picture or video from my wife i get a message from orange to go to the website and use a password etc to access it

ive been on the orange website and saw the said picture etc, ive also downloaded three messages from ornage and saved as settings, but its not done anything

anybody got an dea what i have to do?

Call Orange customer service and ask them to check that their systems show that you can receive MMS (if you send an MMS first from the QD, it might do it automatically, so that afterwards you receive them OK, too - assuming you already have the correct MMS Access Point settings from Orange on your QD).
