Lifeblog to PC transfer issue on 6682 (Cingular)

I've installed Lifeblog 1.8 on the PC (Windows XP Pro) and Lifeblog 1.6 on the 6682 phone from Cingular (U.S.) (Those are the versions for my phone per the Nokia site)

I can synch just fine with PC Suite, browse files with Nokia phone browser, transfer music via the Music module, but Lifeblog transfers don't work.... the phone says "Connecting"... then indicates it's beginning the first 4 items, then just quits and the PC software indicates a connection issue, or the item is open in another app, etc. This is a first time attempt, I've never gotten it to work.

I have verified that there is no other app running, I have tried it with Lifeblog running and NOT running on the phone... all to no avail. Nokia support wasn't much more help, other than to suggest reinstalling the software with all firewall/security software off. I have no firewall running on the PC, have tried disabling Symantec Antivirus and reinstalling, same problem.

ALSO, lifeblog is not automatically adding new items as I take pictures/movies etc... I seem to have to always use the "Recover Lost Items" function to get the latest....

Are the two issues related? Any advice?

Thanks.

To solve this problem, please uninstall Lifeblog (from App.Manager), and install it again, but please answer "Yes" to "Do you want to allow this application start up automatically?" suring installation. It will not start Lifeblog UI every time you boot the phone, but will start data tracker, that takes care of automatic timeline updates.

Synch problem can possibly be caused by broken links in the Timeline. Please "Update Timeline" before trying to sync.

If that doesn't help, please tell if you're using Bluetooth or USB cable for synching.
