Let's demand better nokia bugtracking/feeback and support..

Hi

What a shame that Nokia did not actually answer any of your questions just gave their usual non commital rely and wiped the post.

Although I am very pleased with the phone I have to say that it does have a number of bugs which should have been ironed out before it was put on sale.

With regards to some od the problems ie.e battery life, bluetooth connecticity with some headsets etc some seem to have been solved with the latest firmware update. Unfortunately Nokia staff seem blank when you query this and carphone warehouse are their usual totally useless, it seems a sahem also that Nokia appoint service centres which are obviously unable to deal with technical probems, again I mainly talk about carphone warehouse.

A bug report would be quite useful along with an increase in their technical support and better support at service centres around the country.

Funny how nokia saw one persons reply to your posts and decided that cutomers were getting upset, somehow I think it was Nokia who got upset.

I agree with you comment re the distance to a Nokia service centre and their inability to support upgrades via home pc.

Lets hope others are not put off complaining by the way this has been handled.
