my 6600 is in numeric input mode n i jus can't switch back to text mode. i tried pressing and holding the # button but that jus keeps on typing #s.. help!!!

i came from malaysia..em..i dont know much about it..but i got a same prob before..i settle it wif type *#7370# on my phone and enter my unlock code..maybe u can try it..tell me a good news😊
