I have managed now to connect, breifly then it failed. I don't know how.
Previously I always had success using the cradle. Then recently the sync started to go slow. In fact it tried to add 300-500 items since last sync (I certainly hadn't added this many!) and then just seemed to hang. I've uninstalled everything with no improvement.
That's why I thought I would try to use bluethooth, if my cradle was faulty. As I say it seems to hang trying to do a lot of work very slowly, no even on analysis. I have wiped my phone too hoping that would help.
Any clues?

I had a similar problem, and I discovered I had a) duplicate entries (500 Bank holiday mondays!) and b) my .pst file was corrupt. I moved my .pst file and let Outlook create a new one, then let the P910 populate Outlook again......all works fine now
