No Probs
I asked the same question about sending pics by wifi to my pc but I dont think anybody knows yet, I have sent pictures via agile messenger to my second yahoo account on my pc and that works ok, but probably not ideal for many photo's.
on the main screen of the display you will see a little earth, that the one to click to access the web via wifi, click on it then do a search for your wifi, then when found click on your wifi and that will connect you, then use options key to open bookmarks or a to input a new web address.
Be carefull which earth symbol you use, there is anotherone I think that will connect you through your mobile provider, and you will get charged for this
hope that helps somewhat
Use The "Web" application not the "Services" one if you want the "proper" Internet (i.e. not WAP sites). You can change the settings to always ask for your access point to make sure it doesn't use GPRS.

Ok thats the earth Icon on my main screen
Both are Earth icons on my N80 - The web one is slightly different in that there are small white lines going across the globe.
I think on the Orange firmware they changed the Services icon into an orange house.

you are correct, they both look very similar, but I only have the web earth icon on my main screen, I have to go into the menu to see the services earth icon.
A good idea by orange to change that services icon, maybe we can suggest to Nokia to change the icon in the next firmware upgrade, I did go through 10 quid thinking I was using my wifi when I was going through my mobile operator before I realised
yeh i no what you mean now although i have changed the settings for both onto my wireless network. I have been using services but through wifi and now i am using web through it both seem to work the same??

I would just use through the web icon if you have wifi access to the net, just to be sure you are not going to be charged by your mobile operator

Have a go at installing Orb (www.orb.com) onto your PC
You will be able to stream all your music, videos and even TV if you have it connected to your computer.

No..Orb is free 😊...it streams over your home wifi, or any wireless hotspot
ok im downloading it what do i do then
Just follow installation instructions, create a username and password, choose which folders you want to share i.e. music, video, pictures (amd TV if you have a TV card connected to your pc).
then when orb is set up and running on your pc use your N80 to access the web over your wifi goto www.my.orb.com and enter your username and password, then that will give you access to the folders that you chose on your pc, then just choose the media you want to watch or listen to 😊
thats is sooo cool my man im very impressed. Mate keep all your good ideas flowing

One thing I use orb for is to keep an eye on my apartment by streaming my webcam to my N80 😊
