i have been waiting to upgrade to the n80 on vodafone for a good while now and have tried every conceivable way to do this. Yesterday i rang voda cpw customer services and explained my situation...my bills per month work out at about 150.00 per month, and having seen my spend, the customer service advisor explained that they still havent received any on vodafone but instead of giving me the usual mumbo jumbo, he asked wheather i would like to go onto o2. I had thought about this previously and decided to go for it (vodafone are expensive anyways).
So he put me on hold and after 10 minutes, he said although they didnt have any to send to me, he had rang manchester market street (my old workplace) and had arranged for a black sim free model to be put aside for me and that i would have to go pick it up and sign the paper's...
Excellent customer service...i received 1000 minutes and 1000 text for �30.00 a month and 6 months half price line rental ontop...makes a nice change to be treated with respect...thanks alot cpw...
