N91 major USB recognize PC problem

hi guys! im in a major panic mode right now, i just purchased my n91 yesterday and it worked out fine with PC Suite 6.8. I was able to transfer my songs through Music Manager

All of a sudden after i removed the cable from my phone and tried to plug it again after a while, PC said it can't recognize my phone anymore.

I tried uninstalling PC suite and everything, even tried using other computer installing the PC suite and the connectivity installer to no avail.

Im not sure of my firmware coz i dont know where to look.

Please help. Any advice to make my phone work again will truly be appreciated

Hi, you need to key *#0000# from the standby screen to get firmware version.

I'm not sure how you can fix this problem, but i would try connecting your device by the "mass storage method" to see if that works. If so, then make a backup of the Hard Drive to the pc. Then format the phone memory, see if that works. Else you may have to contact a nokia service center unless anyone else can help you.
