Hi, i have a 6600, and last night i was talking, then the screen went blank. i thougt it ran out of battery and plugged it in, but then the phone wouldn't start. or rather it starts, but, it only shows a white screen. it works, i can use my pin, the logo (the thing with the hands) works, because i cand hear it, but nothing appears on the screen. i can use the phone to call somebody, as far as i know, even the camera works, i took a "blind" picture, i heard the "click" sound, but, same as before, i can't see anything else, except the white screen. even the backlight works, but nothing is displayed, it' s just a white screen. is it a software issue, or is it a hardware one?:frown:

Why don't u use 3 key format or restore default seting to use 3 key format just turn off n press green buton(call),*n number 3 hold this three buton n turn on it should have the word formating for the restore press *#7370# n it will request lock code the default number is 12345 hope this help
