N80 Contacts list

Show them in the Contacts app, or in, e.g., Messaging?

I don't know what the problem is, if it is in Contacts (I've only ever seen it list contacts by last name or first name first).

If it is elsewhere (Messaging, Log, incoming calls), it usually means that there are more than one contact with the same number (and as the apps do not know which contact's name to show, it just shows the number).

1. ensure all your SIM Contacts are transferred to your phonebook.
2. ensure your contacts are not duplicated.
3. contact Nokia if the above two are done but the problem persist
