hi folks, iv just got hold of the 3250 headset with the inline remote control and it has a 3.5 mm headset socket too, im just letting u know that ALL the controls on the remote part work with n80! it has play/pause, stop, FF/NEXT, RW/PREVIOUS and volume and answer button and works fine, altho the headset that comes with the AD-41 is a bit naff so id replace these with sum decent, gud quality buds/cans!

I've had an HS-20 for a couple of weeks - got mine from Hong Kong via eBay for �9 + �11.99 postage to UK. It consists of Nokia Remote Control & Microphone AD-41 with pop-port connector and a standard 3.5 mini jack connection, and comes with some rather poor quality in-ear Nokia headphones (the noise suppression type) which are worse quality than the standard N80 headset so got replaced straight away.
I'm using some Philips noise-suppression in ear phones with the AD-41 section of the HS-20 and have been very happy overall with it. The remote functions fully and features a neat little button lock to prevent accidental operation. Good microphone pickup (even when cycling in heavy traffic) and responsive control of the (standard) MP3 player app have made me very happy..

yes those r the ones, like the other person said the earbuds that come with it r poop but can b replaced for a set of better 1s!

Yeah, what I'm looking for is some way of remotely running the Music Player in the N80 (so that I don't have to pick it up in the car). Guess the AD-41 part of this provides the closest thing.... pity I have to pay for the crappy earphones as well...
A nice bluetooth remote control would of course be ideal 😊
