Where can I get a nice and simple theme purposely build for the E61?
Not just compatible... but really meant for E61, cause I've tried those one for other symbian 3rd edtion compatible but doesn't fit that well.. and some more it makes the phone very slow in going from one screen to another =(

no themes for E61 for the moment :icon13:
You can disable the wallpaper element of a theme and replace it with your own. That should help things.

Does anyone know how I can edit a theme that is already in *.sis format?
Any *.sis conveter to *.tdf?

You can open sis files with the Theme Editor but only if the original author has allowed it. Otherwise its not really workable.
Somehow I can't download the theme. I get a re-login screen. I just registred today, maybe I should wait a while? Or can I download the file somewhere else?
Cheers,
Seb

Great that worked! Thanks!
Where do i save themes to on the phone so that i can install them???
Install it with the PC suite, themes are installed with the Nokia application installer, just have to follow the indications on the phone
Thats quite sexual, cheers.
You can get a whole bunch of themes for E61 at http://gallery.mobile9.com/c/nokia-e61-themes/1/
Most of them can be downloaded as SIS files, which I find work best by simply bluetoothing (or copying via phone-browser) to the phone, and then installing that way - Remember to switch off the option to only install certified apps.
Sadly though, I've found that although most themes load up fine, none of them have decent contract between the text (like in the e-mail app) and the backgroud image, so reading/writing e-mails (main purpose I got the E61) is problematic and difficult. The Brushed-Metal theme in this posting is actually the only one (other than Armi and Saku that come with the Theme Designer) that's usable in real terms.
Please let me know if you get a nice theme (like Evening Sky) that is usable on an E61 in terms of visible text, etc.
tried it but it shows certificate error. any ideas?
