Hi there my Music menu hangs. I cant do anything to open the program. Everything is just toned out.
I have tried doing at soft-reset (*#7780#) and a hard-reset (*#7370#), but the music menu still hangs :icon13:

When i hold down the menu-button and try to use the C button to close the program...........well i cant close the music program, because it hangs!😡

Does anyone know how to stop the music program???

Is the only solution to get the firmware reinstalled?

I'm currently running firmware:
v1.00.028.03
29-03-06
RM-43

You could try deleting the music files (maybe album bu album) as it may be a rigue music file cuasing the problem. If not do a device reset / hard disk reformat before you think about taking it back.

I have tried to do a format of the 4Gb drive directly on the phone, but i get an error/warning that the harddrive isent avalible!

I have connected the phone to my laptop with the USB-cable and deleted all of the music and playlists on the harddrive, but my Music menu still hangs...........

I things that the Music program is frozen in the memory. Do yoou know how to clear the memory to get rid of the frozen program??

I have just done a hard reset (*#7370#), but i cant format the 4Gb harddrive, because it is not avalible, and the Music program is still frozen i memory :banghead:

It must be possible to close down the Music program :bawling:
