Does anyone know if there is software out there for creating / generating SIS installers for the N70.
I have TomTom 5.20, but no SIS file to use.
Is there software out there to create an SIS from the raw data?

SIS Creator / Generator.
If you have bought Tom Tom there's no need. Just follow the instructions provided. Should be a case of just putting the memory card in your phone.
