Tried the multimedia converter supplied in the 9210 CD and downloaded the multimedia converter pro from the net but all i got is "MMCconverter.exe has generated errors". I'm using Pentium 4 running Win2K, has anyone encountered this problem also?

Uninstall the app and re-install, if this fails you will need to uninstall it again and edit the registry to completely remove all traces of the application. then re-install

WEll I've been experiencing this problem for the past 8 months on my PC and I still have not found a solution :cry: :cry: , so I have to use my laptop to convert 😊 😊 , i'ii be very much interested if anyone comes up with a suitable solution 😃 😃 , i've tried the above but that doesn't work at all! 😉 😉 😉
I've also installed windows on my computer, completely taken every single programme off the PC and installed it but it still comes up with the message!
