Is it possible to delete incoming call so as not be listed?

But I do not get the idea behind it anyway.
assume that I ve deleted the last call and her boyfriend checked who is calling. What will happen if the last was call before that was 6 hours ago?
I would have thought that there was something wrong.
anyway money is money. I did not ask her why she needed something like that
