I bought a new Nokia 3250 about 15 days ago. Today, it can no more view or read my SIM card. It stays permanently offline. I tried reinserting the SIM card but it is not still reading. But the SIM card is working perfectly in other phones. Please suggest a thing.

i bought in lagos Nigeria...what do you mean by being half-inched plz?
i mean i kno when contract phones have been lost/stolen, the service provider kinda 'turns off' the phones, and then they are shown as 'Offline'
Even i have the same problem.....the Nokia care guy said the H/W needs to be tuned......so i'm waiting for my phone to be up and working again :frown:
What's H/W? I'm having the same problem too. Do I have to call my wireless provider?
