Thanks Jon

in the box you get

headphones,
wrist strap,
old charger plud to new mini charger connector,
3.5mm headphone connector (so you can use your own headset or plug into aux socket in a home/car stereo),
3g sim card (if required),
wall charger (with mini connector)
oh and a phone and battery.
128mb minisd (no adaptor card to plug into pc.)
usb cable

phone cost me nothing as an upgrade on an online 200 tarrif.

Hi,

I had an upgrade and a change of tariff from 02 Leisure time plus to 02 500 anytime, any network. The line rental on 02 500 is £35 and they offered me half price line rental for 12months. But I had to pay £129 for the phone. I guess that in the long run I will be saving on the line rental.

yer i got it on upgrade from o2, final price we came to was

Online 50 / 12 Month Contract
199.99 for fone
9 quid line rental for 12 month
3 months freeinsurence @ 4.99 Per month

I got a new contract from Orange...

Online Deal but can get the same over the phone too.

Phone 49.99
Line Rental 30 a month, 650mins Xnet & 1100 txts

300 min Xnet & 100txt plus 200 extra Xnet mins & 1000 txts then another 150 Xnet mins on top so works out as 650mins Xnet & 1100 txts.

Bad all day! 😉

well i am looking at upgrading my contract so i will get:

150 any time any network minutes and
750 txt msgs a month
this is over 18 months
for 25 pm

though i still have to pay 99 for the phone is there any way of getting round this

What I recommend is instead of going to the upgrade team, select the disconnection option and say your enquiring about disconnecting. Ask them what the procedure is.. They will ask you why... reply back and state a better offer that orange offers.. hopefully they should try offering you a better deal either on the line rental or phone.. 😉

ye go through to cancel contract (retentions) speak to them , u might have to argue for a while with em . long as u have yer facts about other companys prices u`ll sort somet out.
