Im wondering if there is a way to convert SIS application to SISX?

Not unless you have the original source code/build files, and then you use Symbian 9 compatible tools to compile and repackage the app, and get it signed.

but if I dont have the orignal source I couldn't do anything?

I mean I have ready made application in SIS which is Im not the one who create it.

If you don't have the original sources, you can contact the original developer who has them.
