Transcoding for N80

Has anyone any good ideas about putting as much of my music collection on my N80 as I can?

-I've got a Sandisk 2GB card.
-My music collection is in a range of formats (mp3, Ape, Musepack, flac, ogg, etc).
-I'm aware of the loss in quality when transcoding lossy to lossy!

Basically, I need a way to transcode to a format the N80 can play, that's a decent enough quality to listen to but small enough to fit as many files on 2GB as possible.

Anyone know any good programs for doing this?

And what format would be best?

-the Oggplayer for series 60 3rd edition isn't released yet, so that rules out ogg. Does that mean I'm just stuck with mp3? or can I use HE-AAC v2 or something?

Thanks! I'll try eAAC+32 then. Do you know what bitrate I should use?

What is comparable to a 128kbs mp3 and what would be comparable to a 320kbs mp3?

-unless anyone knows any ogg player that'll work with s60 3rd edition?
