I am new to symbian . I want to know that is it possible to reuse the code of wince/Pocket PC for symbian . If yes ,how feasible it is? & Should i go with old code or start from scratch.

You may be able to re use some bits, but the likelihood is you will have to re program / rewrite the majority. Have a look at http://froum.noka.com for more.
