Nokia 9500: format MMC

Hi, I'm a newbie..
I have a problem wih my nokia 9500..
I want to format the MMC but, I don't know how, I can't find the "format option"..

Can someone help me??

I already don�t have the 9500. But if I remember well, was in the menu of the Settings and administrative tools. Search!

I found the option..
I went to office--->gestione file(in the italian menu)--->memory card and then click on menu..
