When assigning apps' Launch Icons to various Folders in the 'Menu' (top level) which I have created, for no apparent reason and just occasionally, they all pop back up to the Top Level from inside their folders. No card change has occurred. It's fairly random and I have to put them all back. (For example, alongside the 'Tools' Icon/Folder I created a 'Games' folder, inside it put the Golf Game Icon. Goes across no problem but then I find it back up next to 'Tools' again. The 'Games' folder is still there, incidentally.)
Anyone else?
