i was curious if theres anything that'l say, answer your phone upon call, and play a mp3 or something until you actually answer it. So its kind of like, instead of them hearing the ring ring, they hear your mp3 until you answer. If anything exists for this, please name the application, thanks.

if u have an miniSD, put all ur music on it, then go to tools/Profile/normal push option keys, select personalize then change the settings there, and select ur favorite mp3 file
I think you are refering to the Caller Ringtones and not the phone ringtones. As far as I know this service is provider based at their end and not at the phone level.
Check if your service provider provides this facility
Yes this is provided by operators rather than the phone. You could do something similar by having an MP3 as an answer phone or similar message, but as of yet I don't think there is an answer phone software for S60 v3.
yes i was referring to caller ringtones, not phone ringtones, i dunno, it seems possible to make an application to just answer my calls with an mp3 until i pick up the phone, was curious if any applications existed yet.
