Please use the search function on this forum before asking, your questions have probably already been answered somewhere before.

and note that unless you have POP access to hotmail (for pay for customers) you'll only be able to use hotmail via the web browser.

The settings for email are relatively straight forward. You should be able to sort them out yourself. As Cash quite rightly says this has been discussed a number of times.
