Phone Turn Off by Itself

My phone keeps turning off by itself. Does anyone here have the same problem?

I had the same problem with my 3230 when I bought it. After a sw format, this didn't happen again. To format: *#7370#, but connect the phone to a charger to avoid nasty surprises.

Thanks for the reply. May I know what "nastry surprises"are you referring to? Do I need to back up my data before the format? will it wipe out all my data?

Well, you need to make some backups for important data, because all the data existing in phone's memory will be gone for good. The thing is that if you backup the phone memory and after format you restore it, you might have the same problems like before.

Nasty surprises meas that you will probably take your phone to a dealer to fix it if the phone stops when formatting.

My phone turn off by itself and sometime screen is autometically blank
