Now the other interesting streams I have found.
These are untested on the N80 (as there is nothing being broadcast via them today - but i'm advised they should work)

World Cup Video Streams

The BBC published the list of world cup streams online to allow IT managers to block the access on corporate networks..... This is where i got the realplayer links that they are using for broadcasting the matches. Hover over the URL to get the full address- hopefully they will stream via N80 (no promises though)!!! :

Also, thanks to the webmaster at LINK where I found the radio links posted via a google search.

Let me know if these work for you!

True -

you could just use the radio

but :

1. to use the radio you need to use the adaptor to get a signal - which is a pain to have to carry around.

2. In some offices etc the radio signal isn't great.

Thanks for these settings, it seems fine - except by default, it's connecting via 3g - is there anyway to set it to conntect to streaming links via wifi??

You should be able to specify your WiFi Access Point in the Settings of Real Player.

Here is a quick tip if you don't want to type all the links on your phone.
Open up a text editor on your computer

1. Copy and paste the link of one of the streams above into the file

2. Save the files as : <name of the radio stream>.ram

3. Repeat for all the streams

4. Copy the files to your phone via the Nokia Phone browser.

Enjoy

or if you have email set up. copy and paste to an email. send it to your phone. browse to the email. scroll down to the link>options>open link. To save it for the future, in your email browse to the link>options>save to gallery>save it where you want the link. then in relaplayer open saved links and browse to where you saved it. bingo! big thanks for the links.

Thanks for sharing! All the radio feeds work awesome for me, but for some reason not the Video streaming.. i did the same thing as audio, and put the links in there, but it doesn't work 😞

Thanks for this its great......We could do with a sticky with video and audio streaming links.... Who can Sort this????

I'll can stick this, but I'm working on compiling some more general FAQ information (rather than having lots and lots of stickies).

Please do let me know if you've got any other good streaming links or particular topics you think should be included.
