I have a hot spot near my house and i search and the phone finds it. i then add it on the access points with no probolem.
Now when i go and connect on the web it tells me if i want to make a connection and i say yes but then it uses wap as defauls.
How could i select my access point ever time i go online??
Goto the My own folder, then select web, it will start your phone's default point...press cancel and press options, goto settings and click on access point, click user defined, all access point will be shown, highlight the one you want to use and away you go😊
I moved the web shortut onto the multimedia key options for easy access to it

Ok thats great but what if i go to some other place with other access point do i need to do the same thing??
If it makes it easier for you, select the access point to 'always ask', so everytime you start the web it will show you options which include search for wlan.....ENJOY.
P.S. the search for WLAN is probably the best option although I've not tried that in theory.
