my 3250 can not check my account balance on the phone,it displays done but will not display what the acc balance is. anybody with solution?

what network are you on? i'm having the same problem with mine, i'm on O2, i believe its a firmware issue.

You need to update your firmware to at least version 3.21 (press *#0000# to find out your firmware)
I bought a 3250 that came with v3.21 but unfortunately it was faulty and was replaced with a handset that had v3.18. I could check the balance with my first handset, but not with the replacement handset. I've now had it updated to v3.21 and I can check the balance again.

to upgrade your phone, you need to go to the Nokia service centre.
But i've heard that your data in your phone will be gone so you need to back up your data first i think.

You should be able to update the firmware online shortly (see Nokia site) its not available for the 3250 yet, but soon.
Hope so.. On the WHOLE the phone is pretty good.. I will give it 7/10...

yeah . even i can;t check balance on my 3250 sometimes. when i can restart my phone . i can check my balance. my firm ware is 3.23 dt. 15-5-06
new version is v4.0 but not available in some country including my india.
