Email - memory full and other problems

I have set up my E61 to receive emails (POP3) without any connectivity issues. However, I have encountered 2 problems in the areas of opening the emails:
a) Problem 1
Sometimes when I download a batch of emails, I would get one email which cannot be opened, the message is:"General: Memory full. Close some applications and try again."
I have checked and found no other applications opened at that time. Opening other emails (which are bigger size than the problem one) from the same download batch are okay.

b) Problem 2
This happened last nite when I downloaded a batch of 3 emails. There was one with message "unable to display message", followed by a string of strange characters appearing in the screen. Again, no other problem for the other 2 emails. I have checked that the problem email contains normal English text (via my PC).

For both problematic emails, when I go to the option and select "Reply" (instead of clicking the joystick to "open"😉, I am able to see the email contents under my reply-to header.

My emails have been setup to store in my 1GB memory but I had encountered problem 1 even with the standard Nokia 64MB card and also when I set the emails to be stored in phone memory.

Anyone encountered these problems? Any solutions to my problems? I tried checking with the Nokia service staff here but they are not sure themselves????

I bought the E61 mainly for its emailing capabilities and this is really irritating. I never had this kind of problem with my previous Nokia N70.

Any suggestions offered wld be much appreciated. Thanks!
