contact names not showing up on receiving call

hi,
what can I do to see the contact names show up when a contact calls ?
i just synchronised my e61 with outlook and when a contact calls only the number shows up, the contact name does not show up.

This is usually because you have the phone number more than once in your Contacts list - it shows the name if it can resolve the number down to a single name?
