Can you send video via MMS?

Can you send video in MP4 via MMS? When I try to attach, it always says file type not supported and won't include the video. I know that the MMS platform can send this size of file, so is this an issue with the phone? Any way around it?

It�s an issue with the MMS operator I think

Yes. It is an Operator issue. I think the file coding is verfied. Hence even changing the file extension to .jpg will not help.

and i think the file size must be under 100kb
