i'm unable to access to speed dial option from last one month , before that it was running quite well. only keys 5, 8 are working. i'm not able to edit d speed dial keys also.. can any one help plz

The Phone must have a software problem! Try a software upgrade or do a phone soft format.
Try setting the speed dial numbers again, then restart the phone.
tried every thing like formatting phone n MMC but it didnt work , is this any kind of virus?? thanks 4 replies
