I have tried absolutely everything to backup my phone and still nothing works. Reboot, hard reset, download latest version of PC suite, uninstalled old version, run cleanup then install new version.......nothing works. I called up Nokia support and they suggest taking the phone to Nokia, but Im not sure if the fault is with the phone or the software?

Yeah Ive seen that before. Just tried removing Mobipocket. No change.
