Rs mmc problem with nokia n70

hi guys
i wana know how to copy to my rs-mmc ??? everytime i try to copy to me rs-mc card i got the msg its WRITE-PROTECTED .... am trying to fix that but i dont know how to do that ... :con?

Put a card in a card readear, and, everything should work.

What exactly do you mean by this? What have you tried to do from Windows with the card in the reader?
