Morning All,
This is my first post and you may have seen this before but i'm a little confused. How do i remove the Orange symbian software from my Nokia N70 and restore it to the Nokia one?
Also looking to do the same with my N80 and remove the o2 software so any help on this would be good too?
Thanks
Mevin
Uninstall, if its the case. If is like Vodafone stuff, is part of OS, so, we must leave with that.
You need to flash the phone (or have it flashed by someone) with generic/retail firmware (phone software) versions rather than the Orange customized firmware.

A suggestion, how about trying to delete in the application manager. I myself deleted some preinstalled software that i do not need on my N70. I f this will not help maybe you have to flash your phone.
Most operator software is on the phone's ROM, so *can't* be deleted from the application manager.
The ONLY way to completely un-brand a phone is to have it flashed with a generic Nokia firmware.

That's true Mr. Super Moderator, I am wondering before when I deleted an application from c drive it keeps on coming back. And now I am enlightened that most of the operators software are on the ROM.
