Hi,
I bought a N70 around 15 days back and was using a 6600 previously. The problem is that SMS gets automatically deleted from my phone. I have 1000+ sms in my Memory Card. I had transferred all my sms from 6600 to N70. In 6600 i had stored all sms on my MMC, so i just copied and pasted the 'Mail' folder from 6600 MMC to N70 MMC via my PC and changed my Message Storage to Memory Card in and all my old SMS reappeared in N70. Initially all worked fine but for the last week new sms gets deleted automatically from the Inbox as well as the Folders whereas the old SMS from 6600 are perfectly safe, initally i thought i had deleted it myself but then i tried to switch my phone off & on and again 1 more msg disappeared frm my folders.
In between i had installed the following application - Symantec Securtiy, Nokia Gallery, Life Blog, Camster, Yahoo Go application like messenger and mail, but i removed the mail immediately after using it once and have kept the messenger active. Also i have just now removed the Symantec Security coz i read in one of the forums that it causes unnecessary problems. But dont know if this will solve my proble.
So please anyone out there is facing the same problem and has a solution for it, pls let me know.
