Hi.Some days ago i bought in Ebay N80,today i've recieved it.I knew that it was locked on Orange.I am from Ukraine, but now i live in France.i know that in Ukraine i can unlock it,but i'll go to Ukraine only in September! Now i have SFR,and i don't want to change it,so do you know HOW TO UNLOCK my phone????:icon4:

Wirelessly posted (NOKIA 6630: NokiaN80-1/3.0 (3.0617.0.5) Series60/3.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

only the network operator can unlock it in the country it was from!

I read a time and makes sense that the nokia is opposes to the lock of phones therefore diminue the exchanges and makes to lower sells. Therefore do not have much interest in being efficient in the lock process. One of these days can be unlock, again!

Just ask someone who is on Orange UK to request an unlock code for you.

You just call customer services, give them the phone IMEI, and pay 20 pounds
through your bill. You can then receive the code by email 1-2 weeks later.

This should also work if you only have an Orange prepay SIM card.

Actually if you bougth the phone as a pay as you go phone then the network should give you the code for free by law, its only contract phones where you have to pay a release fee.
