Overwritting the phone preinstalled tones

I don't know how to reply back to the previous thread, so i created that new one.
The case is that I do check before sending the tone to the phone, by the way it is only a single mp3, and it don't have a name that conflicts with any of those preinstalled. When I save it back to the phone external memory all the preinstalled tones disappear.
